The resort boasts a collection of Dubai's most elegant hotel rooms and suites, emphasizing sustainability and craftsmanship. Huxberry was chosen to provide luxurious Hypnos bespoke mattresses for the entire resort, which includes 795 rooms, suites, and signature penthouses with breathtaking views of the Dubai skyline and Arabian Sea. 44 of the suites and signature penthouses even feature private infinity pools.

The interior design, a collaboration between Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and G.A Group, centers on the concept of water and water-based elements throughout the property. The 43-story structure (185 meters above sea level) represents the pinnacle of modern contemporary opulence, incorporating luminous materials, hand-sculpted textures, leathers, and geometric patterns.

The water theme continues in each guestroom and suite in a refined and abstract manner. Soft lines of the sofa and undulating blues and turquoise of the carpet gently envelop guests in the aquatic motif.

The intensity of the water theme increases with each room category as guests ascend the building. The gentle blues of the Seascape room give way to the shimmering pearls of a Horizon Penthouse, culminating in the dramatic orange and red coral-colored walls of the Panoramic Penthouse.
